Its ok to ask for a refresher due to the fact that you have sent out quite a bit of inquiries, apologize if you will but you need to know what property do they own.

Many people are very sold on the MF products in general for providing deep, ache-free, uninterrupted, refreshing sleep.

We have another property in the same neighbourhood which is of similar vintage (~130yrs) and are anticipating a refresh of its plumbing later in the spring.  

He has a vacuum dry sense of humor, which is quite funny and refreshing vs some of the drivel that gets posted.
