I finally made a profile to expand my network and reach out to other investors in my local market.

As you can see below, current inventory levels are about 1.8 months of supply, which indicates a high level of demand.Rentals$/SqFtThe following data is for the entire MLS, not just the narrow property profile we target.

If i were in your situation, with my own risk/reward profile and my own investment goals, i'd seriously consider a home equity loan to be used as down payment for multiple, out-of-state rentals.
