Hello everyone. I am thinking about taking the probate course with Jim banks. Does anyone have any input on it? Anyone taken the course, was it good or bad, did he expect more money after the course to make things happen, most of all is the course effective?  Any input would be great.  I am talking about the course for like 2k on sale right now for like 1k. Thanks!!

This is the free webpage I use to get a fresh list of probates for Sacramento and San Francisco counties:

https://adtech.dailyjournal.com/legalAds/

but the page is not accessible for Ventura county.

The new list of probates includes the court-approved PR as the administration process has already commenced.

So yes, I'm doing this in N. CA and it's not theory. Yes your plan is possible and there are other investors/professionals up here marketing as well.

As for competition I try not to worry about it because I'm taking another approach including sitting in on probate court hearings (Tentative Rulings) taking notes and marketing myself to attorneys.

(Read my BP profile)

(No I'm not an attorney and this is not legal advise but I was in the past involved in my own family probate matter)
