I wanted to try something different because I receive a lot of similar letters and postcards for all my properties, that doesnt catch my eye much.For the cold calling, we use mojo dialer which has a built in crm and the power dialer.

I wouldn't be so broad with your criteria. if I was looking in Texas it would be Dallas, Houston, Austin. top 3 markets. in florida we do miami, in ohio we do columbus. those are the #1 net migration cities and we focus in the urban core where migrations tend to be for younger population who have the purchasing power to rent or buy.

Just a thought.Depends on if you have cash reserves to cover the pipe replacement now; if not, you could save a certain amount each month to put towards eventual replacement.I guess you just have to decide if you want to pay to have the pipes replaced now, or at an unexpected time in the future.
