If you are planning on working on the interior throughout the winter and listing in the spring, you can always postpone the exterior work til then, when temperatures are more forgiving.Hope that helps!

There is also the possibility of someone stepping on a nail or screw or some other ridiculous thing that people not familiar with construction might get themselves into.Basically, I'm sure they don't mind you coming by to look at things but they're in the business of getting the house completed asap and avoiding any outside interferences which may (however slight) increase their legal liabilities and possibly postpone the development and cost a ton of money.More realistic would be for you to just set certain points or phases when you'd like to see the construction.
