I have a passion for investing and I believe that everyone deserves a home to live in.

My name is Alex, I just put in my two weeks notice at my job in politics that I've held for the past 5 1/2 years in hopes of following my passion in teaching yoga & Pilates and to figure out a way to live a way of life outside of "the grind."

I am really passionate by what I learn!

Although my day time passion is helping people as Community Social Worker, I spend majority of my free time learning dreaming about becoming a successful Real Estate Investor.

If you do that, its silly for anybody to say you won't be successful at it.On the BP podcast, they always ask the guest what is the one thing that separates successful investors from those that fail or never get started.To me, I believe it always comes back to the one thing that drives just about anyone's success or failure - they have to have a passion for it.  

I don't have a passion for real estate.  

At the moment I have not paid for any of Chris's mentoring, but he gives off the same passion to want to help others as some of the other great locals we have here such as Pete Fortunato, Jack Shea, John Schaub, & Larry Harbolt.

I love yoga and travel and am open to taking on special assignments both domestically and internationally.I love talking with passionate, like-minded people, so if you want to talk real estate, notes, engineering, yoga, or travel, then feel free to reach out to me.

He is getting too busy and the passion he has for CF and talking about "his" company got him banned for a couple weeks from BP...not the first time.I am general counsel and think it's important that all CF info about what is going on in the industry should be available to the Crowd.
