Hi all!  

I am new on BP.  I have been watching the BP weekly webinars given by Brandon for a few months now.  I am really passionate by what I learn!

I am now preparing my second career as a real estate investor after many years in sales.

I have some investments I can use and I am looking for a seller finance property in the area of Jacksonville.  If you have some advice for me or can refer me to any sellers of that kind, please let me know.
