Hello Everyone!

My name is Kris, and to keep things short and sweet I am here on BiggerPockets as a recently graduated student with a B.S. in Construction Management. I hope to use this education as well as several years experience in residential remodeling to make smart real estate investment choices. Long term goal would be to develop a strong passive income allowing me financial freedom. Because I am a recent graduate, I am taking this time to educate myself so that when I have built enough capital to invest I can do so with confidence. Given my involved construction background I would gladly welcome any pointers as to which niche market, BiggerPockets threads, strategies, or resources I should be looking into as I am quite the novice. Thanks everyone, I look forward to being a part of the community !

- Kris
