I listened to that podcast this morning and it made me reconsider my personal necessity for an entity to hold my real estate.

It's a necessity to be active, real estate investors are some of the most introverted people i've met.

Comfortable bed with nice bedding, room darkening/blackout curtains in bedroom, decent shower, in unit washer/dryer, decent kitchen with all the necessities, good wifi, and a decent smart TV, iron, etc..- I travel with my wife, baby, and dog.

It is actually a necessity.

I have a couple of properties I own outright, of a type that is in high demand, and it *seems* like there may be the opportunity to have my cake and eat it too with seller financing - given the market conditions, I could price at a premium, and open up the buyer pool to those who need financing but bypass the necessity of an appraisal/conventional loan qualifications etc.  

Don’t really car to go out as far as Georgetown and Pooler, and I don’t think there’s a necessity to with the opportunity closer and surrounding downtown.

My husband and I are thinking of moving out of state, which would make this an absolute necessity. 

I also wasn't sure if I should wait to sign up until I am ready to take photos, it still needs to cleaned and organized a Throw it up there even if you don't have great photos yet, but definitely get them as they are a necessity.
