In my area it's hit or miss but there is still many pockets that are moving fast

Not sure how I missed it originally - but it has rang true so far in our experience. 

I know it sounds sketchy, but I don't know anything about the business and quite frankly if I were to just go at it alone I would more than likely miss some things and find myself in a hole.

If you do that for six months and never miss, you will find mentors, partners, and friends that will be harder to find as a new person in the forums here.

If you do it, you will miss some big numbers. 

PMs that charge 18% are inevitably missing something.

What does the BP community think one can "miss out on" by living at home to save money?
