Just getting started, I would recommend a sort of immersion therapy where you're surrounded by investors, Realtors and lenders that can guide you along that aren't selling anything.Here's a good example of what I'm talking about.

I saw Bigger Pockets podcast that before i invest any money into any courses i should invest my time and do the following:1.Listen to 100 Episodes of a real estate podcast-bigger pockets2.Read 15 Real Estate Investing Books3.Engage in at least 100 Bigger Pockets Conversations4.Take a Dozen real estate investors out to lunch or coffee.5.Analyze 100 real estate deals, walk through a dozen open houses and attend at least 3 meet ups6.Live responsibly by spending 70% or less than what you earn.So here i am 99 more Bigger Pockets conversations :)Really looking to immerse myself with everthing investing in real estate.Another reason i think is securing financing for a first flip.
