I did notice a nice new mustang in the driveway last week... just the icing on the cake.

That was my plan was to buy a place that would cash flow as a long term rental with the short term rental potential being extra icing on the cake.

Yesterday after assembling the glass corner shower kit, I hopped on my bicycle to roll down the street to get ice cream at the local creamery and whammo, chain locked up and over the front of the bars I went.

I paid for dozens of tire repairs from roofing nails, bought thousands of dollars in gas, filed deeds, paid local land taxes, dump fees of a couple of thousand, and many hundreds to the local convenience stores for drinks and ice for my workers, doughnuts, gatoraid, sodas, etc. 

It looks and feels like a big plastic sheet--easy to clean, but slick on my feet, and like a sheet of ice to my big dog, much more so than the Peel-and-Stick I used on my rentals.Prior to living in this home, I lived in what is now my rental property.

The cash settlement was icing on the cake.

If I were in your shoes, I'd first try to just pay the tresspasser cash to leave (I'd then ice my bruised ego later), and if that doesn't work then talk with an eviction attorney and see if he/she has any ideas.
