The school as a whole has struggled and if the school is struggling attendance drops.

I'd probably lean more towards Richardson than Carrollton based on what the people I know say about schools. 

@Bubba McCants what we've done over the years is learn from the school of hard knocks and copy & paste from competitors:)If you don't have time to do all that, we'll sell you ours:)

Your first day at a new school or job?

They are going to start dental school here and will likely stay for four years.

The mantra of go to school, get a job, buy a house, work hard till you're 65-70, then live off retirement till you die is a nightmare.

Oxford house has policies and procedures with 10pm curfew, mandatory AA/NA meeting attendance, job/school attendance, daily house chores so the house should be the cleanest and quietest on the block. 

This could be attributed to the higher quality of life, better schools, and overall satisfaction with the living conditions in the more upscale areas and there is no thing like 0 vacancy. 

My thought was to rent it as a mid term rental on Airbnb and vrbo etc because it’s in a desirable residential neighborhood walkable to schools and shopping. 

The author of most of the bills was evicted when he was in high school and the president of the senate was also evicted when she was a child.
