I have a 3 unit building in Philadephia with one 80 gallon water heater for all 3 units and have no problems

I found some 40 gallon at home depot for about $350 each. 

Shocked the well with 3 gallons of bleach for the first time .

For every gallon they pump out, they consume one gallon of water.

where I am you're guaranteed to find water we have to go deep because radon there's three aquifers one on top of each other gallons per minute I'm pushing 40 GPM

Use a 5 gallon bucket to catch rain so you have water.  

$25~ gallon.

Even if I paint myself the apartment would take 2 5 gallon buckets at 60 apiece.That doesn't include drop cloth,rollers,tape,buying ceiling paint etc.If the color you are going over is real dark you will need primer and most likely have to patch some walls and do some sanding before painting.2 stoves and 1 fridge 500??

This was a 6 week project with my small crew. 35 gallons of paint and copious amounts of painters caulk really make the difference!
