On the ground I've observed a near ten fold increase in the interest for coastal real estate in Oregon from out of state of absentee owners in just the past four years. 

Have someone on hand during the day to rearrange items and fold clothing so everything looks tidy and well cared for.

If you try to do everything yourself just to save money, you may lose motivation and may quit before you get a good deal (after all, who likes folding and mailing 3000 letters a month just to get 3 potential deals?)

My concern is two fold... 1.

Small targets and getting smaller, as regulation has increased 100 fold.

One last concern is if the material will Scrunch up or create a fold or wave in front. 

It was a 2 fold slap in the face.

My concern with condos is two-fold.

It folds out to a full size bed.
