Structural Evaluation in Cambridge, MD
Good morning,
I'm pursuing an investment property in Cambridge, MD. During a viewing of the property I discovered the remains of a previous house fire in the attic . There is evidence (new beams, etc) of a rehab of the house and the living area shows no sign of the fire. At face value, everything appears structurally sounds. My concern is two fold... 1. Are the repairs legit? 2. Is there he water damage from extinguishing the fire (there are original hardwood floors)
Could someone please provide insight or guide me in the direction of someone who could check this out?
Thanks
