I am seeking advice on how to ease long-time property owners' minds on section 8 voucher holders.

As for intellectual property rights, The SIC acts as the Colombian patent and trademark office which runs well and is the second fastest office in the world for  patent applications besides, Colombia ranked 53 out of 190 economies for ease of registering property, according to the 2017 Doing Business report, the same ranking it received in 2016. 

And what are the key factors that determine the level of ease/difficulty of wholesaling in that market?   

As mentioned above the ADU play is very big right now as the city has done some big things as far as ADU allowance and ease when it comes to the permitting and planning piece of that but you are pretty spot on, this is why unless a crazy deal comes my way (off market will be the only way to make that happen) I am sticking to flipping locally and rolling those profits into buy and hold properties out of state.

guys - I can't speak for the ads or websites that don't do what you expect, but unless you have spoken with Gary to understand his business, ease up on the character/business assassination. 

I am curious with purplebricks and redefy gaining traction, and with everyone on here recognizing the ease at which properties can be "tele"managed whether we will see a flat-fee start-up in the property management arena.Ultimately @Mark Vandzura, If you are at the tipping point, I think you must decide whether you want to be an active landlord or an active property investor/acquirer.

@Dong Yan I would base the LLC in my home state for ease of taxes/government forms.  

The advantage is ease of getting people out with less tenants to deal with. 

I have a number of properties now that I am not willing to pay more for ease of use, etc.. because it just costs too much.
