Keep going you beautiful thing:)When we were buying in Atlanta the Australian $ was on parity with the US$, however now that the Australian $ has fallen, its become a currency play and therefore we make approximately 40% on our money when we bring it back home.I set up 3 LLCs and have up structures to minimise tax etc and have a good US Accountant who liaises with my Australian accountant.

I think inflation is a different issue and has primarily been caused by government overspending, government borrowing, and the amount of currency in circulation (M2...see St Louis Fed numbers).

Some will make loans as low as 50K, one we found would lend less than that, but at a rate premium.Another option is to borrow at home via a secured LoC .... though with the recent slide in the currency, there is presently a penalty for this (of course, there is an equivalent bonus when you repatriate earnings).

Or you got lucky and rode the crypto growth train.But broadly speaking, it is just fundamentally not possible to become financially free in such a short window of time (UNLESS you started with a big chunk of capital to begin with.
