Anything less than 6 months is a seller's market.Find yourself a good Realtor (not me - I stay south of the city) and be prepared to move very quickly when a new home comes on the market.As has already been mentioned, don't be surprised to se your over-asking offers get outbid.

There's no harm in calling him back per se, I guess you can see how much it will cost, but be prepared for a hard sell and if there is some conference or mentoring event, there will probably be a lot of upselling.
