Literally last week I about pulled a gun on a bum who was probably shooting up in the woods on my property... you just have to be prepared for stuff like this cause it’s not getting any better.

I told her to immediately call her CC company and also contact her State Attorney General's office.I have had voicemails in the past 3 or 4 weeks from people either a.) looking for rent to own properties in various states (I only invest in Columbus, Ohio) or b.) wanting to cancel their trial membership.This is the first person I have actually been able to get a hold of live so I was pretty bummed to find out some scammer was using me to run their scam.I just put a scam alert on my website and hope this will save some people the headaches a scammer can cause.The scammer phone number she called was 877-468-9238.
