I replaced them within 48 hours of her notice. then it was in regards to some bees outside of the house, which I paid to get taken care of promptly and i reasonably understood this could be a issue.After that she made a claim about the patio screen not being up completely and my property manager went by and took care of it personally.

I've pulled lots of permits without a problem, the only time I had an issue I was fighting the assessment, somehow they found out the garage had bee converted, and in the hearing they showed it to be 2200 sq.ft (which include conversion) instead of the 1800 ft.they had always showed,,,,no permit had been pulled (previous owner had done it, and done a nice job),,I'm still trying to figure out how they knew about the conversion

But the way you posted this sounds like a bait and switch sleaze ball approach.Reminds me of the Washington DC cops who sent out mailers to individuals that were wanted for jumping bail and petty type stuff.. they offered free tickets to a Washington redskins game just had to show up show proof of ID and you won... they arrested 500 to 800 low lifes in that one sting..
