A few weeks ago, I sent out a batch of yellow letters to Tulsa County probate personal representatives.

Of all the ones I've seen, I like #7 of the first batch the best.

Now I batch the properties into LLCs based on risk, value and location.

More cleaning up dead bugs, bleaching stuff etc..I suggest to offer the bug man an annual contract along with the first batch of cash to  get rid of the bugs to entice him to offer you a lower rate. 

When that first really large batch of subprime lenders started defaulting and those loan types were removed, the house of cards came tumbling down.

It took time to set up the legal infrastructure and the like.You're right that I only sent the first batch of mailers, but I was leveraging the sales tactic of reaching out to sellers from leads from the county and Craigslist.With sales I was averaging around 5-10 calls each day to qualified leads, and I just switched to direct mail last Sunday.

@Ryan Dossey Thanks for the reply.My only attachment to the GV number is that it's already out there in the first two batches of letters I sent out.

So me search sites allow a  daily subscription or monthly, so you can batch your searches to save money.
