Hello everyone wanted to check if anyone faced a similar problem and how they went about it. We just went under a contract for a Single family investment home in a good neighborhood in Atlanta metro area. Home inspector did inspection today and told me that he saw a mouse in the attic and that there are rodents. I asked for a quote and looks like it will take around $1200 to fix the rodent issue. That seems to be high and not sure that will completely stop the issue or just a band aid I have not experienced this kind of issue am considering if I should walk out of the deal or fix the issue and rent it. Have you guys had any such issues and how did you go about it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
