It's been almost a year scene you've joined BP.

This is my second post since joining Biggerpockets (BP), and I must admit that using the search bar has answered every question of mine!!

If electronic ignition, then you have the possibility of a failed glow bar.

Then, spent countless hours on Facebook (I was up until 4am, my normal alarm clock went off) plugging the names of the guests into the search bar, digging through their friends lists until OMG, YES!!

As for BP, I have the Blog on my Bookmarks bar and I listen to podcasts to and from work.

Everyone knows it, since the city has invested in both river front improvements and it's the closest east side zip to downtown hipster activity (6th Street, etc).Frankly, the whole east side is in transition from what was highly ethnic/lower income in years past to a vibrant, "hot" address for techies, DINKs, singles and those urbanites who want to be near the arts, jobs and "scene" that Austin is famous for.
