To me at the time you were marketing it you would be flipping a contract because at that time you would have no ownership interest, but anyway Good discussion, I think we just have different readings, ultimately it’s all theoretical until a judge somewhere interpret’s it.

I know if the previous owner is was foreclosed on had a mortgage then that mortgage survives with the property.
