So if you get the Series 7 and are supervised by a BD you could place capital for a commission effective immediately. 

. - Not supervising maintenance or contractors.

If you don't know anything 25k per unit is a fair assumption if you are local and can supervise contractors, if you want the PM to rehab, budget accordingly. 

I am a full time BCBA in a school district and supervise in home cases as a second spare time job about 170k a year.

The biggest hurdle would be doing any initial property rehab from a distance, since I wouldn't be capable of driving down to Pueblo to supervise repairs.So I'm wondering what the experienced opinion would be! 

My only remaining questions are about whether educational activities count and if/what supervision of professionals we hire count.I am aware of the general requirements in terms of the 750 hours, 51%, 500 hours or 100 hours, Etc.  

For example, if Remax has a PM Company would I be able to go to them and have my PM company XYZ fall under their supervision? 

As a new agent/property manager, you will have to work under a Responsible Broker that can supervise you for a certain amount of time.

I supervise over the GC that I have a great relationship with and we are ready to acquire and build at scale with the financial backing in place.
