I am working with a turnkey company so double checking their assumed numbers.

So am I expected to only ask for a reduction in price to replace the roof and then later find out it’s double that maybe.

Always try to double the project budget & time to prepare for the worst.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I agree, build the garage, but you're not getting it for $10-20k....At least double depending on area.....

@Kunal Lakhwani I do not want to say anything about the wrong company, but I would double check that the owner of one of those companies was not recently arrested for underage sex trafficking.

Each person has different goals, expectations, lifestyles, resources, etc. so we really need to look at the overall picture to see if this makes sense compared to other options available. 

I doubt they would accept a DIY "fluff", look how cool, 3D app that spits out pictures that anyone can download from the App store.

My ability to picture and design something pleasing to the eye is lacking--a tool like this would be helpful, especially for ideation of what "could be."

If you have a net income, you are double taxing the income as rent that you already paid taxes on when you earned it.

I double check all title work and coordinate closing so nothing is missed.
