Is that something a person can find in the "yellow pages" so to speak or would one need to go through some sort of broker or....? 

Once i locate owner names i skip trace the owner find their current address and phone number, I usually like to just give them a ring but often times ill follow the phone call up with a yellow letter or postcard, maybe even knock on their door if i cant get them on the phone.

My point is using social more for growing a presence/brand rather than being the faceless bandit sign guy that hides behind yellow letters and the occasional postcard.

I'm just wanting to get a straw poll on your guys' success and/or lack of success in comparing the use of yellow letters against branded letters.

I always keep a multi-pen with four inks in it, and a yellow pad, for note-taking effectively.
