I contacted the tax assessor and collectors offices and was given the same name of the owner... but with the same address of the property in question, no other address, which is, by the way, board up and has been for quite sometime; per local residence of the block...What can I do to take the name given me as the owner of the boarded up four family and locate the person who owns it so that I may get a chance to purchase this gem.????
