The idea dawned on me that I could possibly rent a condo or apartment in a nice area of Miami (close to the areas where the tourist come for like the beach, downtown, bayside, brickell, wyndwood) and actually rent it out on Airbnb in hopes of making enough money to pay the lease and then some as Zeona mentions she did in the past.

Would prefer the referrals are NOT generic buyers agent but someone who has lived on the island 5+ years, knows the price history of properties, knows where the tourists will want to rent, etc., etc.

@John Underwood , @Michael Greenberg this property has not much returning guests, first because it has less than a year history (don't know yet), 2nd because it is in the city, most guests are "tourists", average 3/4 nights visiting (mostly discovering) attractions such as Hollywood, Universal Studios, LA Zoo, Disney,...
