Septic/Treatment Plant/ Lagoon)?

I am not working a JOB tied down to a boss... i do operate my own wild food plant business which gives me alot of down time for other things.

That's what 50 years of running around town shows you.Grow where you are planted!  

I think I was always scared what COULD happen (they build a nuclear power plant at the end of the block, I can't find tenants to rent it at any price, etc.).

My group focuses mainly on industrial construction - oil/gas/chemical facilities, power plants, mines, dams, etc. - but the ability to manage clients, crews, schedules, budgets, contracts, and the like, is definitely applicable to many areas of REI.

Between my partner and I, we have enough capital go hit the ground running with a solid start, but I'd prefer not to face-plant at the first step, so here I am.

The idea came from the tenants and we supported it by providing the tilling, soil amendments, and plant starts, then we let the tenants take it from there!

He/she should be perfectly capable of doing a punch list and even picking out colors/textures that will get the house sold.

I think most seasoned investors would tell you to move to Milwaukee...The President just announced that FoxConn will build a huge plant just south of Milwaukee.
