Some people may not be too keen on living with strangers (or a constantly changing crowd) - be sure that all bedroom doors have locks on them, for your tenant's piece of mind (and that you have master keys to all, naturally).

@Dewayne Stoker if you are being threatened with a lawsuit... why is your first step to go online and ask internet strangers for advice instead of seeking an attorney???

Stay with only your family (not in the same building as 500 strangers), cook in your rental instead of eating in a restaurant with 100 strangers, etc. 

Let's say you've got a 3/2 house fully furnished with cable, wifi, playstation, whatever, you could get three buddies (or strangers) all at the same training to go spend $50/night/person at your place grossing you, $150/night.

Covid had sellers scared of having strangers through their house so there's few stuck/motivated/in trouble sellers FSBO.BUT my predication is that 2021 as forbearance rolls off they will be hitting the sell button via MLS and FSBO.
