Ask them what types of houses they typically work on.I always ask how many days, how many workers will be working or will they be doing the actual painting and how they plan on completing job (ie. roller, spray, spot clean, any sanding, any ladder work, taking doors off/leaving doors on, etc).

I will say that this is just general advice and each repair is specific to its own issues but I hope this helps.Dishwasher- if the issue is a spray arm that is a simple part to replace.

I was there last week with my contractor, my tenant didn’t realize apparently how bad his house stank, so we aired out the whole house and sprayed the fridge and put baking soda in there to help the smell for 30 days or so.
