Hello, sorry for spamming this week with about 7 different questions and threads.

EDIT: I no longer have anything nice to say about booking.com 🤣Virtually one day after posting some reasons why I thought the platform might be worthwhile, I have been spammed with multiple BS non-payers that have taken me a ridiculous amount of time to remove, while also clogging up all of my other calendars.

Our local market in Los Angeles and Southern California and I know this demographic receives plenty of spam or telemarketing calls from ISA's in the Philippines and I worry that it may take many more dials to get an appt. vs someone local.I've also spoke with 4 locals!

However, if you are a wholesaler and I see a trend of inaccuracy in the deals I am receiving from you, you best believe I am unsubscribing and sending you to the spam box.

While I currently utilize Facebook groups, the platform often involves spam.

It is much more expensive than these though, around $1,500, and focuses less on newbies.Please be wary of certain conferences in the east where the organizers share the attendee list with their friends.. your email will end up getting spammed like there's no tomorrow.

Yet, i recall when they were spamming the heck out of the posting board with there "warnings".

I get a ton of spam, it can sit in it's folder and do it's thing no worse then the junk mail I get at my actual house.It's often hard for CA folks to imagine houses so cheap exist when everything around us is so expensive, but it does.

If looking for listings, lol well your just another in the weekly spam they receive for such.
