Hi all,I am an experienced landlord in Memphis, TN, and will be headed to Little Rock in the next two weeks on a scouting trip.

Imagine a traveling nurse, a corporate hotshot on a project, or a movie producer scouting locations.

I came across this while scouting properties on Zillow ... f'd up rehab ...The "kitchen sink" is a double-bowl bathroom vanity.

I didn't know Neighborhood Scout had that free info, and it looks like the areas I'm concerned about are actually lower crime than the other residential areas, so that's a surprise. 

I usually reference neighborhood scout for crime maps that are pretty accurate but finding the right duplex will depend on many factors like @Paul De Luca mentioned :)

Neighborhood Scout is an AWESOME tool for viewing demographic data for neighborhoods. 

Keep that in mind when you are scouting properties to buy.
