Turnkey companies you can keep equity with?

Hey guys! I’ve been researching turnkey companies and cane across one that lets you purchase a property before the rehab in order to gain some equity. Does anyone know of other companies that may provide this or has even had some experience with one? Cheers!

I have a small turnkey model here in Boise, ID. We work with investors individually to identify properties that fit in their portfolio and assist in the acquisition, light rehab and management, but never take ownership of the properties. Our clients are in complete control and direct us every step of the way.
