Respectfully, Jacob, if you buy in to a deed restricted community, knowing the community does not want AirBNBs and plan to circumvent the publicly available rules to put a STR in there anyway - that's dishonest.

Only your personal credit score, photo ID and two months of bank statements are what is asked of you (as far as personal info). 

I think Dave Ramsey(who I respect but don't worship, lol) would be highly disappointed in me for even thinking about doing this, SMH.
