It's a different strategy than what is normally posted.Certain points that I am making is that Cash Flow isn't dependent on the Investment, it's dependent on the INVESTOR.Just to refresh new readers of this post who skipped through my earlier ones....Scenario A: An Investment Property sells for $100k and cash flows for $700 per month without a Mortgage.
