A good starting point @Mohammed A. is to jump on Loopnet.com and see which Brokers have some listings in the area. you can also read their bio and profile info. search other commercial listing in your area and contact them too.

You can order a Demographic and Income Profile based on the facility address from ESRI.

I'd suggest completing your profile by adding your title, location and a headshot.

Do some due-diligence, find the records, get a title company to run a profile, whatever, make sure that you are dealing with the actual owner.

According to his profile, he has 40 rentals. $1.5M in RE is not exactly big time.

Its a great place to continue to build your knowledge base as well as build the team of professionals you'll need to reach your REI goals.I'd advise you to set up keyword alerts (click the little bell at the top right corner next to your profile picture) so that you're aware anytime a forum post mentions a topic/area of interest.Also... attend local events and meet your dream team in person!

In the end, if one is lucky enough then the ideal portfolio in my mind should have a mix of these high profile city investments (SF, NYC, London etc) and a holding for cash flow generating assets in lesser known cities that get discussed here on BP.
