It is the quickest way to solve you problem and most likely the lowest cost to sovle the problem as well.For example, $600.00 for a months rent...it will take at least two months to get an eviction if they force you to court.

And usually that is because there is some problem a bank might flag that you might not.Either find out what it is from discussions with the seller or make sure your due diligence is airtight.

The obvious problem as a landlord ecosystem is that cash for keys usually doesn't exist on an eviction database, so the same tenants can play the system and consistently rip off landlords.

I get if it is a high maintenance tenant or a house with a lot of problems, but the former is their problem as they placed the tenant.And while charging one month's rent to find a new tenant (I hope they don't charger that for a renewal) seems high, I know others who do that.
