It was her fault (although accidental) & it needed immediate repair to prevent further damage from occurring (ie, pipe broken by shoving a metal storage rack into the sink cabinet). 

Our cash flow and credit scores are good (mid 700's to 800's depending on which reporting agency is used) but we do not have W2 jobs anymore so that prevents the regular bank route for a 30 year loanAll feedback appreciated!

They mostly go around to commercial projects and new builds to make sure the erosion prevention measures are in place as specified in their permit.  

I'm not apposed to visiting Huntsville but its very hard to get time off right now and I don't want to let a set back prevent me from finding a good deal. 

But in order to make sure they are being fair and to prevent them from future abuse to the future, I felt it necessary.

Are there any rules preventing this, or requirements like making a certain number of sales in the state I'm licensed in before I can transfer the license?

Is there anything the other (existing) owner in the unit below can say/do to prevent such a split?

I have bought houses where the tenants jumped the meters,but now most power companies have smart meters which prevents this type of theft,it still the electric company responsibility to supply the meters stolen or not,

(this is also only true for my smaller houses; I don't allow it at my larger house, as my housekeeper needs the full turnaround time there)I find the charge (it's only $10/hour) prevents frivolous requests.  

Is that something that you can prevent them from doing with the keypads you utilize?
