I never do mass marketing or mail outs.

The economy has already lost 5+ million jobs (or 3+% impact on the unemployment rate) to mass early retirement, added deaths, lack of immigration, and excessive levels of disability...and the fed is trying to drive more lost jobs. 

If it was Mass I would tell you call the cops because chances are they will find a gun violation because it  is practically illegal to have a gun in Mass.   

The housing issue was first created by all the red tape that gets in the way for developers and then the problem was exponentially grown by STR’s and then the mass movement of money during Covid.

I am looking at properties in western Mass between Rt 128 and Rt 495.

I did get a lot of good info from his podcasts, and he had the concepts down, he just couldn't execute them en masse.

There’s masses of them in the area.

Home inspectors: I know some with a solid understanding of construction having owned properties en masse and then I’ve met the ones who show up with peach fuzz for facial hair barely having left their moms spare bedroom writing reports with 300 things they flag, killing a deal due to their incompetent opinion.
