I have no idea what the standard rate is for these services ism particularly in Ohio, so if someone can provide some input here it would greatly appreciated.

I do not recall there being a cost seg portion related to the STRs that make It better but I'm sure doing a standard cost set will also help for tax purposes depending on your goals. 

So  25% down and that rate is pretty much standard portfolio loan from a bank if you can put together a pro forma.
