To be honest I joined to get the 22% discount at Sherwin Williams and the 7% discount at Lowes.

I hear these words a lot among investors and often "friendly" equates to inexpensive, and "good" means honesty, reliability, quality, fast, etc.  

In all honesty, if the places around here didn't supply them as well, I wouldn't either!  

I'm working on getting info about the lien holder.I'm not sure how far I'm gonna go with leasing this property it does have a pool and to be honest, I think that's a little more than I want to hassle with.BTW, I really like your quote about Success and failure!

Drive through East Memphis from Highland to Kirby through the Walnut Grove/White Station/Walnut Grove corridor, those are your good contractors and they have no desire to work in our space.I will obtaining a license to do work for other individuals next year as I realize the need for trustworthy individuals who will understand their are profits to be made in this space with good work, loyalty, honesty and transparency.
