Hi my name is Pascale, I reside in Chicago and I'm very, very new to this industry. I'm hoping to be motivated enough to finally take action and do whatever it takes legally to flip my first house. I have way too many fears and I just need help in getting over those fears so I truly am looking forward to your guidance and hearing your "first" flip stories.  As far as what kinds of interest I have in Real Estate, I'm hoping to be good at lease option and or probates but again, I'm new to this so I don't quite yet know what truly interests me.
