Seems like a surge in "good time to sell a home" since The Fed 'unleashed' its rate rise environment... maybe time to back off that rhetoric before they implode another welath-destructing bubble.

In a high demand low housing inventory environment like Oahu rents could have the potential to increase faster than less populated areas. 

I love speaking at the REIAs because they are safe environment for people to learn about investing. 

It seems healthier if we did it this way, clearing all debt before we turn to investing.

I am a local investor in Fayetteville, and this town is definitely a buy and hold type of environment.

They have to claim it on their taxes as interest income, but still, in a low interest environment, many boomers wanting to retire or downsize can find owner financing a solid investment since they're making several times what they would on a similar cash deposit in a bank somewhere. 

@Jay Hinrichs$1M is a lot for seed stage ventures in most areas of the country; Silicon Valley's valuations and general business environment excluded.
