Whether you sleep in another home you own or your car is really immaterial to that, other than creating a technicality by which you're hoping to be able to claim the home as a primary residence so you can run a business in a non-commercially zoned district.Even if you are able to prove the technicality and get by on it for a renewal, that won't be a long-term solution as they'll just update the law to more clearly define these limits which they probably previously assumed to be rather obvious.

Buying a car is a scam then, you hardly ever feel as content as the moment right before you sign on the dotted line.

.- Homeowner's insurance - like car insurance, you want a policy on your home, however, lenders usually go high on this number (in my experience) so once you have a property you are thinking about buying/putting an offer in on, I usually recommend people call who their car is insured with and see if they can get a good price bundling, and getting about 2 other quotes from companies.
