My first thought was to change the bathtub at least to a white or some other color.  

I can expand it to put in a bathtub, but the renovation will certainly cost me.  

Pour that hot water into the bathtub, which would at least bring the total temp up to tepid.

Some of the earlier BP episodes feature people talking about picking up rent in cash -- you can try to enforce the use of a portal, but if she texts you that she needs a plumber because the bathtub is overflowing, you're going to be bummed that you blocked her number.

The bathtub tile is vintage but that's a color that has come around to being popular again so keep it.

That's about how much a person would put in a regular size bathtub or 6 office water cooler bottles.

I still remember a post where someone put mosaic tile throughout the bathtub. 

This house was built in 1964 and has had only minor updates as needed like a new bathtub when it was leaking.
