She also added (because after the show when she mentioned this it brought up this question) that 1) She needs a lawyer and try and find one that has experience with mental health/addiction issues because that can help your family member and 2) Get a Realtor who has the Divorce specialist certification designation because high-conflict buy/sales need specialist experience and can really help your family member with things a regular Realtor might overlook.

That's a *very* rough area and the home of "methadone mile", (the vicinity of the intersection of Mass Ave and Melnia Cass Blvd) where there are streets lined with pan handlers, drug dealers and addicts shooting up and passed out on the sidewalks and in doorways.

Under his guidance had 2 single guys behind on the rent because one of them was a drug addict, had his roommate request permission in writing to vacate because we had a lease the states it's rented "singularly and severally", so one renter can act behalf of the other, return the keys, and then lock out the other tenant.
