Hello,

I have multiple properties that I own or sublet.  I run recovery houses for drug addicts and Alcoholics. My house have 2 beds per room and rent is collected weekly. I have yet to find a software package that works well with weekly rents muchless multiple tennents sharing a house. With the turnover rates fairily high sometimes its become hard to keep up. I am looking for a software that can track my expenses but also each bed. Currently the software I use I treat the house like an apartment complex and each bed as an appartment but it will not do the weekly rent accuratly. Now the bad part my personal house only can have a dial up connection so the cloud stuff works horribly and would rather have a local version downloaded on my computer and as you might guess the signal with cell phones is pretty bad out here too.
